The first picture below shows the original BMW 3.0 CSL on the right. Look at the amazing transformation of the Hommage on the left. It sure oozes sportiness and futuristic design! What do you guys think of the new BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage? I think it's going t...

The interior is too futuristic for my taste. What's the engine?

I am a fan of the BMWs from the 1980s and then the 8 series and the Z8 in the 1990s, its nice to see BMW trying to get back to what made it special, hope the production version (if there is one) retains many of the design highlights of this "Hommage". Tha...

I don't like it neither. There's something of the rodentia order this car's front seems to be inspired from. In yellow it makes me think of a yellow hamster.

I like it! Maybe a bit more elegance from the original would have been welcomed

but generally a show car should polarise, i just hope they change their mind and build it even as a limited run! It would give company to my E9! ...

One of the nicest greenhouses, ever...

I completely agree that a showcar should polarise...otherwise, we'd see stagnation. What actually makes it into production is a separate matter :-) My problem with this kind of car is that it is supposed to be a 'Homage" to the glorious CSL. The original ...

I agree with you as driving this car already shows the challenge of making a proper sports

Out of it: long overhang, searĂ¼ting position too high, handling quite slow. Even mine with coilover and 16 inches does not feel too alive. And to get back to your reaction, you are no stranger to the business so you know that often show car is just ... Sh...

The final car...
