pedestrian protection rules do not help but i am dure that we will soon be able to get it, the bmw designers are hard working on it. But generally the car is so pure and so elegant, i cant get tired of looking at it , and i get more smiles than when drivi...

I always adored the large and powerful Coupés from BMW. For me as a college student, the much more recent M 635 CSi was the absolute dreamcar. Marcus

I agree Marcus, the 635 was my teenager dream but i remember

a Holiday early seventies at my grand mother. I was 6 or 7 years old and had listened to the whole night radio coverage of the 24 hours of francorchamps where the batmobiles were fighting with the capris and the amg mercedes... That made me want a 3.0 bmw...

I remember a long evening drive with my Grandfather in his Cadillac

I was also at a formative age and it made me lust for a big-engined Cadillac. I'll probably have a CTS-V someday. Our youthful dreams realized, eh? What fun! Did you retire? Cazalea

Yes childhood defines the future desires, no i did not retire , just on a non compete

As you already know, I love it. Good to see it back on the road. My 2002 must be somewhere around North Carolina, I had to let it go. Some days I miss it, it was a very pleasant sensation to drive it, specially with the sunroof open. That special connecti...

Yes i agree and a 2002 is also on my list, toying with the idea of a 2002 touring

....turbo Touring....Just needs the backwards TURBO on the spoiler. :-) I always thought that the 2002 Tourings were made by Touring (a la the Beuer and Glas BMWs), but it seems Touring is a spec (hatch) not the carrozzeria, which died in the late 60s? Am...

 By: luc00 : June 10th, 2015-14:18
eating the structure from inside as all the Karmann engineered cars, they have lots of cavities filling themselves wuüith leaves, mud and moisture so many are gone now. And yes the garage is only provisional as i want all the cars together, the other 911s...

Beautiful E9.
