I happen to be fortunate enough to live down the street from the clearwater service center so when I need service I just pop down the street and drop the watch off myself. In this industry we here so many horror stories about slow service, bad customer service, and repairs not being done correctly.
Well the story at the AP service center goes like this. You are greeted by Betsy who is beyond pleasant, very prompt, and happy to please. She receives your watch and within a couple of days you get an email that explains in vivid detail what is going to be done to your watch. She really make you feel like you are their best client in the world.
In my case I needed parts and I was kept abreast of when these parts would be arriving and the progress of my watch.
about 6 weeks later I received the happy call that my watch was done and I could come pick it up. I've had several watches serviced at the center and they are always perfect, working properly, and the experience is pleasant.
OTHER SERVICES CENTERS TAKE NOTE: This is the way it should be. With so many others getting it wrong AP is GETTING IT RIGHT.
So Thank you to the entire staff of the Clearwater service center. You guys are rock stars and are just one more reason to chose an AP.
