The ROO frequently, but not always, has a chrono, there are some time-only ROO and some with calendar complications. When it does have a chrono, it has subdials at 6, 9 and 12, based on a custom chrono module, and the date under a dial-magnifier at 3. The RO chrono is based on the F Piguet 1185 chrono, and has subdials at 3,6 and 9, and an unmagnified date at about 4. I think the canonical differences are size (ROO are always bigger) and the use of rubber, not 100% of the ROOs have rubber bits on the case, but the majority do. Even the early ROO Annual Calendar had a visible thick rubber gasket between the bezel and the case and a rubber crown.
As a side note, there are a vast number of ROO models, special editions for this and that, sometimes with unusual case materials, sometimes just with different colors.
