Audemars Piguet

It's a bit tricky.

Tapisserie means "tapestry" so indeed a form of decoration but they've always called their classic engined dial as "tapisserie" , and the one with large squares that you may find on an old perpetual calendar for example has been referred as "grande tapisserie", and the new style one a bit funny looking is called "tapisserie evolutive", so with all that they've cleared referred "tapisserie" to those little squares, it's true that is does not make much sense to call now tapissery to a dial without texture. But that's AP for me...erratic and random approach to many things.
