Regarding the Offshore Perp Calendar models, I will admit to having had reservations about the suitability of a perpetual calendar in what I consider to be the ultimate sport watch, but the titanium version has really grown on me. I think the watch would be absolutely killer on the Offshore titanium bracelet (would love to see a pic of that combo if there's one available). I'll also take this moment Michael to put in my $.02 for the classic Offshore case. I love absolutely everything about the case from its "perfect" physical dimensions, to the round rubber-clad pushers, to the visible gasket, to the . . . well, you get the idea. The newer Offshore cases have their place in the line-up, but I'd hate to see the classic case ever phased out.

Hello Ed. The strap plots are titanium.
They are not blackened, and match the titanium pin buckle. In the press photo they do appear blackened, but they were not darkened on the samples we handled. I'll see about getting a lume shot to post.
