I believe that is normal Sir.
The graphic design of the power reserve indicator shows the white bar across the top for full charge. Your needle still points to this bar; I suspect it is within AP specification. I made a quick search and found photos of many needles in the same position as yours but none further. Maybe Luis6 can add some input if his displays in a similar manner.

Thanks, yes the dual time complication is more useful to me. Been thinking of getting either the Dual time or the APROC or the 15300ST/15400ST... But seriously i do not use the chronograph function and was drawn to the dial design of the dual time.
