Welcome here, firstly!
A bit of diversification is not bad, as you will appreciate your Pannies and some other nice watches in the same time.
The JLC EWC is bigger, and houses a very appealing combination of complications : The Date, the Chrono and the World Time.
The design of its case and bezel is more conventional than the special shape of the RO or ROO, which may also be very appealing.
It is really a matter of taste, and it is really down to you to make your final decision.
I would recommend to try them both, because your wrist may give you the answer.
I had some problems to wear a ROO, with a too long strap for my wrist ( it was a Titanium Montoya ).
As for the Rubber Clad, the movement is not an in house ( AFAIK ), while it is in house in the JLC.
But this may not be the only one criteria, as some non in house movements are very nice and interesting.
So, take your time, do some concrete tests ( also called wrist tests...
) , and have fun!
Best,
Nicolas
