Audemars Piguet

This is by far one of my favorite watches. I don’t see this one going anywhere anytime soon! I was torn between the newer model or this one and decided the premium wasn’t worth it for a display case back! ...  

Raymond probably unscrewed the portholes on some of those yachts for them screws. He is benevolent that way :p Havent heard from him all day today - mabe this wud entice him )

I tend to prefer them anyways... on a dive watch, every time. You have the better version, IMO.

So far I have been babying this watch. People told me that AP is fragile even though it feels like a tank... I’ll swim with it soon though as summer is pretty much here!!

I do like the clear caseback but the dial on the new version is stamped whereas the old version, as I understand, was made on those ancient pantograph machines like the ROs. I'm not crazy for a stamped tappiserrie dial which is the only thing that's hangi... 

And this first version, with I also own has the much beautifuller dial, choice well done!!

Simply the best

I am so paranoid with this watch still. Something about the missing screw makes me check that they are not loose all the time now!!!! ...
