First AP decision - bumblebee or ROO carbon ceramic novelty

Aug 15, 2015,19:38 PM

Hi all, I've decided to finally pull the trigger on an AP watchsmile

I'm seriously stuck right now between the bumblebee or Novelty 44mm Offshore Chronograph Carbon Ceramic 26400AU.

I love them both equally and it is really a flip of a coin to decide.  I'm seeking you opinions to see if it can help me on this tough choice. thanks!

IMHO, the 44mm anytime

They both used the same movement, a hard choice for anyone zoomed on just two, I would go for a 44mm without hesitation. I prefer the ceramic pushers over the rubber ones. Your case is similar to mine, RB2 or Ceramic White ROO... Post us your final choice...

just flip a coin! [nt]

44mm choice

44mm is better for novelty than bumblebee ...IMHO !!!

How about if I threw in the AP Grand Prix into the mix, again still torn...

Thanks all. It's quite clear that 44mm and ceramic pushers are a good call out. How about if I threw in the AP Grand Prix into the mix, again still torn...

Just an AP beginner here, but

I'd go with the 44mm ROO carbon in a heartbeat! That is an incredible watch to me. And, I have a somewhat thin wrist and own a 44 and 48mm AP, so I am a little biased about the size. Good luck, Chuck a

I usually prefer smaller watches

but in this case I would splurge and for for the Novelty 44mm Offshore Chronograph Carbon Ceramic 26400AU. But the better answer is which one feels and looks better on your wrist. Cannot go wrong with any AP ROO. Best, JerryW
