What a great time Tony. The food, watches, friends, guests and the information learned was just incredible. The AP staff couldn't have been nicer. François, the ever gracious host, was great as usual (although I'm still convinced he owes us a shot at $50k worth of AP's (private joke to those of us who were there).
Dennis, the new boutique manager, is awesome (ok, Juan Carlos in the Miami boutique runs 2nd to no one so they'll have to share the honor of "best"). He makes being everyone feel like royalty. I've met him 4 times now and each time he couldn't have been nicer. A real culture change at the boutique. I challenge anyone to go there and not be greeted personally by him with a great big smile and a "nice to meet you" and a "can I show you anything?"
What can I say about Will? OMG! If I were to say he's nice, friendly, LOVES Audemars Piguet watches and can talk in depth about any watch AP makes, then would do him injustice. I use to enjoy going to the boutique....now I LOVE IT!
The last mention has to go to the awesome security team. Eyes always scanning, but always with a smile and a friendly welcome and goodbye. Keep in mind, they are the 1st and last people you come in contact when you visit the boutique. So glad there were no changes in that personnel. Great choice by François. Bravo!
