I have never tried on a 14790, but they are fine Royal Oaks.

Excellent choice, especially since the baton hour markers on yours are wide and not short. It wears perfectly as RO dimensions are often difficult to assess solely by reference dimensions. You will learn to appreciate the watch even more everyday.
