The John Schaeffer range for me are the most attractive watches ever produced by Audemars Piguet. I wish they brought them back and yes, in the same size!

It is Audemars Piguet showing us that it can do classy elegant watches.
I love it, except for the fact that the hour aperture being located at 12 o'clock
it is "hidden" by the minutes hand when the hour jumps. But apart from this point, it's wonderful. Best, Emmanuel
I hadn't thought of that point. You are right, obscuring the hour change isn't ideal..

The Patek Philippe reference 3969 has a similar issue, although much less pronounced.
And it was completely corrected with the reference 5275P: shorter hand which doesn't overlap the hour window. ...
