I have the following question:
It seems image of after sales is very bad, based on friends experience and what I've read on many forums, do you expect to improve it?

For example:
The way to react on problems regarding 3120 mvt on 15400 was quite bad,
Price for aftersales is quite high and not really justify sometimes (after sales operations may show that mvt are quite fragile)!

I love my 15400 and was expecting to get an extra AP chrono; but price dedicated to aftersales after 2 year is quite stupid (my opinion!)
