I know this is a rare and hard to find piece, but since it's technically not a LE, does anyone know how many they have made or will make? I suppose they will keep making as long as their is demand, but curious if they are making 2k, 5k, or 30k pieces.

While I have no absolute information, I would speculate
There are less than 2000 total Openworks produced at this point between the steel and gold models. It is definitely a limited production piece. As for your other thought that 15305 looks like it wears larger than 39mm, I completely disagree. I have had it...
