Whoa!

Exciting combinations. I have no idea but I like the idea of Salmon, Ivory, Monotone, and even a proper black with some nice markers.

Time will tell!

Now that the Watches and Wonders releases have been out...

I think AP had a very competitive and exciting pre-release across multiple lines. I had a chance to preview some of them recently in New York, and wanted to share a few comparison shots and a quick and dirty comparison relative to three of my own pieces. ...

I know this is a first world comment...

But I was pleasantly surprised that the Tourbillon pieces haven't really changed much in terms of pricing over the last few years. And, I understand they are relatively more available for earlier collectors, but your dealer may vary. But they do remain hi...

Fantastic

Thank you so Much for this insight, Peter - it is very interesting, and What a Collection you have brought with you! Love the champagne coloured RO. I am in complete agreement with you in regards to the yellow gold chronograph; it seems a a bit devoid of ...

Appreciate the note!

Yes - champagne gold is very elegant and I am totally crossing fingers they deliver this in other models like a double balance or a 16202? Can be an incredible material for many uses. Cheers Peter

A jumbo in this metal would be gorgeous! Perhaps an olive green dial as to accompany the more toned down metal? What colour would complement the champagne-like colour? Salmon perhaps?

Whoa!

Out of all those watches...

Your titanium Tourbillon was the best watch out of all those photographs of watches.

I do love it very much. Cheers Peter ...

I’m very interested in seeing sand gold in person.

But for me, the new YG LeMans and 5236P with salmon are just perfect. They both ooze heritage. The sad part is that it’s unlikely that I’ll ever see them let alone have a chance to purchase either.

Yes I do really like the YG Lemans as well!

I'm hoping for AP they bring more models using this material - like a simplified chronograph or even a jumbo. This would still keep it special but more accessible! Cheers Peter

Thanks for your sharing experiences

A ton of new information and pictures that you share are very useful, especially the comparison of tourbillon. A very good experiences to try on new AP release especially all are hard to see one in fresh.

Appreciate the feedback!

Always great to see your posts and comments and excitement too! I agree with your previous post wholeheartedly on the skeleton - it's outstanding and look forward to seeing your piece! Peter

Already asked AP for WG open worked, the rest depend on luck

As already have steel version so not sure they still consider my request.

Thanks for this thorough report, Peter.

I would love to see these beauties in person. RD3 - wow. That is a real unique Royal Oak. And the sand gold skeleton - looks fabulous. Really appreciate you taking the time to share these new APs with us!

Thanks MichaelC!

And it was a little serendipitous to have the opportunity to view these in person. If anything, I'm certain they will make their rounds around the US. Side note: was also surprised that some of these pieces already made it on AP ambassadors wrists for spe...
