Excellent Service by AP Bond Street, London
The clasp pin on my 15400 had again come out and gone missing. Considering the multiple times the watch had been serviced (twice) and the delinquent pin issue having been separately attended to (again twice) AP replaced it with the newer clasp assembly, gratis. My sincere thanks to Chris at AP Bond Street for this magnanimous gesture.

Very Kind of them! I have never been to AP house in London but I have considered it, however I am not sure what AP house actually is for? Is it a lounge for clients, potential clients?
