It is a beautiful watch, wear it in good health. Did you buy it from AP Venice boutique? Vaje is great.

Not a single picture of the new black ceramic QP serves it justice

You need to wear it in different light conditions, the ceramic case, bezel and bracelets all emit a different hue of brightness. Regardless - fantastic head turner everywhere I went today! Shout out to Vaje! Thanks for the hard work and belief that this c...

You have no idea.

The lightness of being, new movement, new bracelet links. The kicker was when I went to the Grandmaster of Patek sales in HK, he took out a loupe to examine the moon phase. The little sparkly bits on the moon phase had him proclaim the exquisiteness of th...

Please stop doing this to me ;-).

Will be at the Milan AP Boutique shortly to collect my QEII Cup 2017 and hopefully will have the chance to see the QP live. Guess it will be sold out for quite some time. Best, Volker

Ah....ask about Vaje and his teeny weeny boutique in Venice

Many congrats! Fabulous incoming.

The sparkly bits as it's henceforth known - is aventurine

Wiki names it a quartz material that gives a sheen. And the moon phase is the exact texture of the face of the moon. I will challenge anyone that says AP does not innovate. RM has NTPT Quartz on it's casing, and AP's sparkling bits on a dial with high com...

Nicely done!

Never judge a book by its cover,

nor judge an AP boutique by its size. The Venice AP boutique is no bigger than your bathroom at home, yet Vaje leads his troops gloriously in the good name of AP.

Congrats and wear it in good health.

A real stunner.

It sure exhibits a mastery of ceramic work

And the Royal Oak design elements make the ceramic look alive, as it is quite shiny.

Looks amazing

A great looking AP, ceramic finishing & dial details look fantastic

Very nice one! I have to dig a bit into this one, I must confess.

No a fan of black watches in general, but this one... Best, Nicolas

Let me help you dig a bit deeper.....

And normally the ones that require deeper digging are the ones that you treasure for a long time.....the brush polish on black ceramic is stunning on this one ....... ...

Wow, great photo!

I would like to see this in a 43mm case. My Vicking sized wrist renders most watches below 42mm too small. I will investigate, though.

Black faced will make it smaller.

Probably need to add a few links......

Yes, black watches in general

are hard to capture. But in the metal, most look outstanding. Your pic is here quite good too.

Really?

I would love to try. LOL! Unfortunately, I have not been able to see one irl, even during AP novelties preview. Was told 2017 production has been fully sold and allocated.
