Well I personally think dive watches with chronograph functions are even more pointless as everyone knows not to use the chrono buttons when under water...

The first piece came to HK AP boutique and I get a chance to examine it in details. It's a very nice piece in blue and yellow, but pitted against the Black Ceramic and orange diver, I preferred the latter, and leave that for the next one on queue for this...

I personally see the all ceramic diver as a watch with a conflicted identity. Ceramic is not a suitable material for a dive watch (I know, who dives with an AP, but still), and IMO something basic like simple white would look much more appealing than the ...

This AP Offshore Diver Chronograph can have its pushers activated under water. This information comes straight from AP.

I vote for Orange Diver - Why? Date window. Unless date isn't important to you then Diver Chrono is ok.

The Ceramic is just so nice. I would stick with that, the orange band is also an interesting touch.

for something of no/minimal value I could perhaps make a case for Ceramic over metal. Composite like carbon fibre-reinforced ceramic is a synthetic which can be produced in abundance and very economically compared to metals. That would make Ceramic case m...
