Memorial Day in the United States of America
One of my very few regrets in life is having not served for my country. I graduated high school, and like many here, continued straight to college. Graduated there, got a job, and have been in the workforce since.
But I am never forgetful of the countless men and women who gave up their lives so I can live mine freely. And their Families, who live with the pain of losing loved ones.
I pray daily for peace in the United States, and peace in the world. Please don't ever miss an opportunity to thank a veteran, service member, police officer, etc., for their service. An expression of gratitude can mean the world for those who put their lives on the line every day for the rest of us.
May God Bless us all.
