since you asked
my initial issue was quite straightforward really:
- watch didn't run after a couple of days of purchase; dust under dial; toolmark on chapter ring; slightly misaligned case-to-dial
- sent watch back immediately for overhaul
- initial promised return date was not met, but that's ok it's not a biggie at all
i was not informed prior or consent sought; and imagine my shock when the watch came back with::
a) hands were a changed to a different color
b) dial was changed to a different color/shade and finishing
c) chapter ring numerals finishing was changed, looked printed black rather than the original engraved
d) chapter ring finishing was different
e) chapter ring misaligned slightly
f) additional scratches to caseback. they didn't even bother to give it a good polish before returning it
i don't expect perfection from what is marketed as a handmade watch, but i don't think i was being fussy was i?
