Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have the two of them than 'only' one.
But they are very similar in my opinion. So it's tough to advise.
Let's say if your collection consist of 6+ watches and you got all brands, complications and metals(you like) covered, then yes I would go for it.
OR if you are a die hard Lange fan, and you can and want to spend the money on a watch which is quite similar than one you already have, yes have them both, why not!
If you don't fall in the first 2 categories I would recommend to go for diversity, in brand, complications and or metals.

A pair of watches that sings to you is better than going for diversity for the sake of it. I think you have enough of that, so why not make it a double if there's the inclination and the watch budget. It would make an impressive set! cheers fernando

Prefer the moon
I prefer not only the composition of the dial... but particularly the color of the lume ( not green) as well as the size (smaller) and layout of the Romans on the moon example... also feel that the moon is relevant to a luminous watch, night time the moon...
I will go against popular opinion...
... and vote for the non-moon phase version. The dial is busy enough as it is. I also wouldn't keep both in my collection. They are just too similar.
