I prefer the look of the dial when the power reserve indicator is near the middle of its range -- not totally full. That means winding it in the morning but not fully, and then occasionally winding it a bit more, later in the day. If you've never wound a Zeitwerk, you'd be shocked at how stiff the winding mechanism is, and how you can experience every individual distinctive click when winding it. It's a very different experience from winding most other Lange models. If you ever get the chance to see one in person, you should definitely wind it!

This is ref 140.025 platinum limited to 100 pieces. The 36h power reserve is no problem for me. You just wind the watch in the morning. A special moment as the winding experience is really nice.
