The "normal" Lange date is white.
The Semper clock is white not black.
It's the reason why we get a black date only in this one.

You can play with the lights, shadows, etc, with a reflecting glass. But, and this is just a question, my friend, don't you touch to one of the characteristic of the watch? Well, this is not a problem, as you always can change it for the original watch......
