Coming to your question. If there is passion & love involved it´s like beeing a member of a family. Sometimes it is "pure love" and sometimes you are more critcal than others, because you only want the best.
The products haven´t changed recently (good or bad), but my point of view after talking to several (new & old) people insight ALS. It´s all about the people and not only the product, isn´t it. Also I learned that there already have been some changes and there will be some more in the future - those I think that are important and meet my expectations.
