This unique watch was created only for one client and I'm not sure that somebody outside the manufacture saw it.
The pictured Tourbillon has a white gold case.

This is way too easy. Give us a challenge. Like, show a picture of the balance cock and ask who at Lange engraved this balance cock. That's a difficult one that even I can't tell. Furthermore, the 1815 has a slightly different (larger) balance cock design...
