Special post for Ivan5: several pictures of the 1815 Tourbillon in the wild

I mean in Bordeaux and Paris.

I took these pictures 5 years ago. I spent two weeks with this watch and it was really fun, especially just after difficult family moments.

I was not a big fan of this watch and I still think that the Tourbillon PLM is more appealing, even just from the pure aesthetic point of view.

But I could enjoyed it, for example with the stop tourbillon feature.

Here comes some pictures... I would love to be in position to shoot them again because I think I could improve them but well, they also reflect the way I was shooting in 2014.

This is a surprisingly rare piece - I don’t know anyone who owns it. It is a very attractive watch, although I am not sure that the dial composition “works” as a whole. The tourbillon cut-out is massive and the rest of the dial is quite empty.

Spectacular!
