Some thoughts
Your thoughts are understandable. But as I noted in the interview, Fabian Krone has a clear vision of what he wants Lange to be, and he has the team and skills to manage that team, precisely the role of an outstanding business leader. Jack Welch led GE but he was neither a lightbulb or jet engine expert. Mr Krone has a firm idea about Lange's future, and I'm sure so do you, both you ideas are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
