Lange is big on the equilateral triangles.
Educated guess that it is indeed a Lange 1 variation, but no information provided on the hands themselves. So I'll guess a 12HR second timezone hand with a day-night indicator, similar in execution to the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Hometime.
Isn't that the Daymatic (which I prefer to the L1)?...
...but I know what you mean. Same L1 layout with an auto movement...would be interesting and pretty easy to do.

1 clearly a sign of day night indication It would be a combination of Day night moonphase with 1) daymatic 2) time zone 3) Perpetual calendar
Lange 1 Tourbillon?
The first Lange 1 Tourbillon was introduced in 2000 so perhaps it could be a new L1 Tourbillon to celebrate 20 years strong.
