I can say with CERTAINTY, the bacon wrapped king salmon is best dish of the night ;)-

The salmon was indeed fresh nd sumptous....
as for that guy standing in the background... have displyed his precision at barrel assembly, he's starting at Lange soon as Master watchmaker for turbographs and Lange's upcoming Grande Sonnerie... Lange just didn;t tell him what "soon" is.. LOL
