I also try to take clean pictures of watches. I use a Leica SL2 with a Macro Lens. My greatest problem is dust. How do you take your pictures and how do you solve the dust problem? ...

Your question beats me....because the pictures were taken by a friend of mine who is a professional photographer. I will relay your question to him. I noticed that he uses wet and dry tissue paper to clean the surface a lot.
The pictures have been Photoshopped. :)
My friends said he used blu tack (a kind of adhesive) to clean the dust. It is commonly used by watch makers and watch repair....
