I have some of your so called Freckles as well
On my RL Pt which was purchased in the year the RL was released (2006).
I dont think this is a quality issue, as much as i wasnt too happy with mine back then.
But i guess sometimes we scrutinise our dials a little too much ( I would know as i believe my RL PLM is the ONLY RL PLM that got it's dial changed 4 times) and miss the point of enjoying the watch itself.

Argente dials..
Hi fellow lange enthusiast, I have a question about lange's argente dials.. Is it common to see some "freckles" on the argente dials? I see quite a few on my RL btq, under certain angles and lighting with my naked eye.. Hope they didnt rush out the watche...

I figured its pretty normal as the dial finish is silvery satin. But just that on the new RL btq its alot more obvious compared to my old lange 1 rg. I agree with stephen we watch enthusiast tend to suffer from "looking for the devil in the details" syndr...
