I've always been attracted to blue hands on a dress watch. Something about the combination of blued hands against a white/silver dial just speaks to me. And I like Langes. Unfortunately, my budget had only allowed me one so far, an 1815 which I love dearl...

Hmm... If I had made a movie of the second hand moving, would that be a blue movie? ;-) But in truth, all of you (Ian, you, Dylan61, YM, KFC) have all gradually bewitched me with your various Langes & L1's over the past 1.5 years, so you all take part...

After which my horological longings become unpredictable in a new year ;-) It's been a very satisfying and eclectic year for me - quite varied watches were acquired, both vintage and modern - but thoroughly happy with all of them. Who knows what 2016 will... 

I can imagine the big smile on your face when you put this watch on. The watch looks fantastic on your wrist. Congrats again! By the way, hat also makes this L1 interesting is that it doesn't come with lumed hands compared with most L1s. But I am sure you...

Your Lange database was very helpful for me when I was looking for L1's with blued hands. It really helped winnow down the choices from a bewildering array of L1's (which I initially found confusing as a noob). Of course searching the database for blued h... 

as shown in the photos. Both watches are lovely. To be able to collect the Lange 1 in person while on holiday is just sweet!
