Highly complicated watches are never as attractive to me as less complicated ones.
Too much stuff crammed into limited real estate presents a seemingly insurmountable aesthetic challenge. So I know what you mean! But Lange definitely did a great job pursuing this historic horological project.

Yes, Lange probably would've made a different choice to display the months if the design wasn't constrained by history.

obviously a stunner but
I am not sure the monochrome dial suits it. The version on the Lange website https://www.alange-soehne.com/eu-de/timepieces/1815/grand-complication looks a little livelier. Best Andreas
am i right in vaguely recalling it was 50mm?
it actually looked fine on their wrist though.
