German driving

Did some very German driving yesterday in the sense that both car (250SL) and watch (191.028) are epic representatives of German engineering and design.

Is that larger Lange 1 (Grand Lange?). Also a black dial on rose gold? I have an Lange 1 from early 2000's that has a black dial. You don't see them very often.

Forst of all, thank you for your kind comments. You can see more on IG @cfnissen - The car is a 250SL (Pagoda) from 1967 - It is in decent, but not concours shape, thus the damage/wear visible in the photo. Next winter will bring a restoration project, st...

I was hesitant to speculate on the color of the Lange 1 as I am color blind with certain colors, and can not distiguish between many dark colors for example blue and black. Sort of embarassing for me. Nevertheless the watch looks fantastic!
