Often Lange prefer the monochromatic tone or Black but this blue is amazing.... in WG, it isn't too heavy - the proportions and fit on the wrist is impressive. I wish it is in Pt... Hopefully in future....A.Lange & Sohne will release one in this salmon di...

even the PR indicator functionally make sense, I think overall dial proportionality was pleasing in the first one.

The 2nd perhaps is minimal contemporary cool yet it is less lange. No idiosyncratic perfection , which is lange and no one, except lange.

It is clean and handsome

In RG it is quite a nice one, knowing you don't like coloured metal.

But a blue Lange ist reserved for wg . A pt one in salmon? Patek does a "mundane chrono" with salmon in wg. Lange? I don't think so ... has to be a much more complicated watch. 😉

The original for being an icon and the new is so much nicer in person than in pictures and is more ergonomic and less top heavy. Did you acquire this blue Dato? It looks great on your wrist. I was a bit disappointed that both releases were limited this ye... 

Normally I would prefer salmon. But this blue is out of control.

As many others I also feel that this should not be a limited edition but part of the permanent collection. I also like the 2nd gen. Dato much better than its predecessor which ,to my taste, was a bit "baroque" looking.

Much better than the lumen IMHO. now, it they released the Gen3 with the current proportions and the Gen1 dial layout... Perfection.
