Leap year indicator
We are in year 3 of the leap year cycle. Where should the leap year indicator point to on the Lange perpetual? Should it be between the 2 & 3 pictured here... Or between 3 & 4 ? Thanks in advance....
I would have guessed you would want the indicator...
between the 2 and the 3 - part way (2 months) into the "3"rd year of the leap year cycle. I think the indicator moves through the "3" quarter during the year. My best guess. So I would think it is OK.

the position of the number is mid year
the dial is misleading, the position of the number "3" is the MIDDLE of the year. The marker in front of the year is the beginning of the year, so the hand is pointing a little pass the markerm that is the beginning of the 3rd year which is correct. PP sh...

Ivanclai....thats what I was trying to say the indicator should point at the relevant year number when half way through that year, so in this year 2011, come june/july the indicator should be smack on the number 3 and then slowly migrate towards the 4 in ...
