Lange is big on the equilateral triangles.

Educated guess that it is indeed a Lange 1 variation, but no information provided on the hands themselves. So I'll guess a 12HR second timezone hand with a day-night indicator, similar in execution to the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Hometime.

1 clearly a sign of day night indication It would be a combination of Day night moonphase with 1) daymatic 2) time zone 3) Perpetual calendar
