is that it is now "taking off" at a constant +1 plus 1/2 secs per day after about 8 months of regular but not daily wear. For the very first 2 months it showed no deviation in any direction. I put it on my Greiner Antimag 2 Demagnetiser today and am wonde...

and being left crown-up for a couple of days, there is absolutely zero deviation from our mighty friend the Atom. Let's see how long that will last - until I have to put it on again. You KNOW I have to! Winding is fine, but wearing it divine. Cheers, Amer...

The RL has one specificity: it is the only Lange watch with a big second hand. And why does it get a big second hand? Because it is focussed on chronometry. The RL caliber has a special adjustment to improve accuracy and uses the combo in-house spiral &am...

do you want: small seconds at six oclock or center seconds? arabic or roman numbers? The Richard Lange has a more advanced escapement, is that important for you? In my opinion both are fantastic watches! The 1815 makes the choice difficult considering the... 

You can find the 1815 with the combo blue hands & silver dial AND also a WG version. There is no WG version of the RL for the moment. Should you want a more "discrete" watch, the WG 1815 is an excellent option. The RL case is thicker too. Fr.Xavier

Hi Bluenotte I've been reading your notes you had about Richard lange- if you don't mind I would like you to discuss further about this great watch (Richard Lange)-I am very interested about the acuracy of the Richard lange- I am sure you probably talked ... 

from the obvious dial differences..... there is an evident difference in the movement..... the RL has a more interesting movement.... but you cannot go wrong with either of them..... cheers

Both are excellent choices. Central Second versus Small Second? Observatory movement or not? You have to try them both in the flesh to know which will sing to you... Personally, I don't know which of these I would choose...Maybe the RL for its observatory...
