New 19 mm shoes
Love this Spring Drive SBGA 293 but I don’t know why Seiko put 19 mm lugs on a 40 mm case? I can easily squeeze in a soft 20mm calf strap in there but gator straps need to be appropriately sized IMHO.

That is a great GS dear Vallura! I however do share your sentiment about the 19mm lug width. I personally do not like smaller then 20mm and I must say this was part of why I sold that reference which I did own a couple years ago…
I was tempted by the manual spring drive GS just recently released but could not yet convince myself about the smaller strap…. I love the look of this combo you did on it though!
