Now I could come up with some wise-ass remarks as: choppers are shakers, or “can you keep it steady I’m making photos” as any fighter pilot would probably do
But while I was still flying I spent 4 months on a rotation with a helicopter squadron and flew about 100 hours in a nowadays antique Alouette III, those pilots earned my everlasting respect.
Flying a chopper is real flying, handson old fashioned craftsmanship
Today’s military helicopters might have all the modern war equipment but the conspe5 has never changed so I salute you
Ps when I was flying m6 Rolex was my daily companion

I flew a friend who is a Norwegian F-16 pilot around D.C. and he was amazed at how different (slow) we fly (100-120kts ground speed)! We were anywhere from 100-800AGL and he was studying the ground very intently like a map recon! He loved it... and taking...
