When I ordered this watch though a dealer, hours later Max himself emailed me thanking me and welcomed me to "The Tribe". Once the watch was delivered, I registered it and much to my surprise a hand written note arrived at my door!
Busser and whole team at MB&F have been unparalleled in their care, helpfulness and being just an all around super nice group of people. They are truly world class. Oh, and the watch is pretty good, too
