It's the Marine Chronograph Tourbillon, glad you enjoy! Btw, Breguet says it was the first tourbillon with a silicon escapement. So, they upgraded the classic Lemania tourbillon movement.

Interesting. I think they moved from 'adjusted' 5 positions to 6 when they introduced the silicon escapement in all their other movements as well. [nt]

Good insight! Chronometric performance seems to have improved across the board for these Lemania and F.Piguet movements when silicon parts are added. [nt]
