Seriously considering the 2nd Gen. Overseas. what should I know?

Aug 23, 2016,13:43 PM

It seems like the more the more I see of the new Overseas, the more I like the second generation models.

I think the quality is a given, and I like the use of the JLC base 889, as it's a tried-and-true tractor.

I'm now seriously considering buying a new white/silver dialed model on bracelet.  I'd like to hear from owners and others
regarding this model, and anything to keep in mind

Thanks for any feedback!

Cheers!

Douglas

it's brilliant . Nuff said. Or maybe I am too simplistic about it? Cheers, Filip

linken its wearability factor to that of the Omega Speedmaster which to this day remains my most thoroughly worn high-end watch. On top of that it is a watch that can be worn equally successfuly in any situation - formal or informal. I will get one as wel...

If you like the gen 2 Overseas better than the new models....

then by all means jump on one as soon as you can! A number of collectors will also get a rubber strap and steel buckle to give it an additional look. I hop your next post will show it on your wrist! Bill
