HSTE has an awesome collection; not only the 4 musketeers but also batman, captain nemo and so on ( i've invented the name just to describe the black 5402, IWC ytach club, etc) ;-)

But yes: I am greatful to be able to wear "Karl", or the IWC YC automatic and many other watches that were un-reachable grails back in time when I grew up and today they look all at me when I go on my weekly routine to the bank safety deposit and they beg...

I remember very well your thread: Karl Lagerfeld and his black AP Royal Oak A-Series I know it takes a lot of time getting the infos, but it's the only way to know the history of our watches. i wonder if they took inspiration for their royal oak chrono bo...
