I visited the VC Paris boutique some time back and aside from great service, I came across this fantastic piece in platinum.

I almost fell for this one, but alas, even with the serial number being extremely close to our daughters date of birth (that was actually how I tried to rationalize it to my wife haha), it would have bordered on divorce to explain blowing the budget on this one..!

It is confirmed, my next VC will be that one.

If it was in white gold it may well be my next watch. The extra cost for the platinum unfortunately rules it out.
