Tiffany and Patek are still going strong together.

Nov 12, 2008,22:56 PM

Patek has just opened a new boutique in Tiffany New York. Tiffany's partnership with Patek has been a long and prosperous one. I believe (with no facts to back it up) that is one of the reasons Tiffany stopped selling Rolexes. Tiffany also sells Baume & Mercier as well as their own, signature Atlas watches. Picked this up from Tiffany. They still hand inscribe their logo on some of the PPs. Hope this helps. Bob

I really don't feel much on 'Tiffany & Co.' writing, but the dial and that patinas are driving me crazy. Wonderful catch Jeff. Congrats again on the rare '64 timepiece. Cheers (&Co.) ...

brown spots...

 By: relax max! : November 14th, 2009-16:20
First of all stunning watch so congrats! Sorry for my ignorance, where do the brown spots originate from? exposure to sun? Is that why the dial is called tropical? I am assuming at inception the dial was std black. Many thx
