Rolex: Still blaming myself for not going for it a few years ago

They are now in the 25k$/30 range... A bit steep for me The pics are amazing though.

Patek Philippe: 5056- question on setting time

Does anyone know if on the 5056 when you turn the crown clockwise do the minutes and hours turn anti-clockwise? Have been offered one to buy which looks the part on many fronts but wanted to make sure that made sense to anyone as i found that very odd. thanks a million in advance. Best

Patek Philippe: re- look at 3970

haha! 3970 is the top for me.. I agree with you 100% but here again it is a couple of notches above price wise than the 5960. I actually do prefer smaller size too so to me it is a no brainer but for the price Watches are like anything in life, very easy to keep stepping up from your price range. Yo

Patek Philippe: 5960 prices

The 5960 is an awesome watch with some very usual complications, beautiful dial... I have noticed the recent prices at auction to be dropping like a stone for the PT model. Any particular reason? is it an unloved watch? Any thoughts anyone?

Rolex: Same here

I have Daytona white in steel and got a daytona meteorite WG about a year ago. It is stunning. I would go for that or vintage although vintage will probably be more expensive
