That's a wonderful gathering of chronographs

Patek is very well known for its Minute Repeaters, the place of their QPs in the watch history but another field they are much appreciated for are definitely the chronograph movements.

You have gathered such a nice diversity of movements, type of clutch, functions combinations, aesthetical designs...

I think that there are many of my favorites here.

Enjoy them well and thanks a lot of the pictures smile

Best, Mark

just sharing my family of chronos. 😁 ...

Thanks geross.

Yes, i must agree with you that insofar as the aesthetic of each timepiece is concerned, each has its distinctive and unique appeal. But what fascinates me most with patek as a watchmaker is their sheer competence of marrying these distinctive qualities, ...

Wow! Impressive!

It's crazy how diversified looks can have a just-Patek collection. I assume the Datograph was in your wrist while shooting?

Thanks alex!

Currently, i dont have a datograph. But the dato is very much in my wishlist.

Most impressive!

And more impressive is the fact that they are all Pateks!! Do you have a favourite?! And are you considering adding any others to your lovely collection like for example, the 5170P?! Have you ever considered a split second chronograph?!

Thank you very much sham!

to be honest, to choose which one among them is my favorite is very difficult. If wearability is the only criterion, it would be 5960P. And yes, i am looking forward to add the 5170P. The 5370 however remains a grail, thanks again sham.

You remind me of one of my best mates

 By: sham1 : May 25th, 2017-06:42
I met him on a Patek factory visit and he was my Mr Chrono until you came along. He too idolised the 5370P until I persuaded him to part exchange his 5711/1A, 5960/1A and 5170G for a 5270R. Would you ever consider doing the same for the 5370P?! Or perhaps...

Yes sham, the 5370 is at the top of my wishlist

 By: Pythagoras : May 25th, 2017-08:11
perhaps the 5370 will grace my collection if the fates will allow it. But i must also admit, the 5170P is equally attractive, and it is too difficult to resist! πŸ˜„

Thanks patekova.

Yes, i also have non chrono pateks. As for vintage pateks, i must admit that i am very much afraid to tread its path. My knowledge of vintage pateks is very much limited and, as i have read in many forums, it is an indispensable requirement if one decides...

Thanks nico!

Yes, i must admit that the 5370 is a big lack in my chrono collection. 😩

Thanks aris for your kind words. [nt]

Excellent collection of Chronos! I would say I am a recent convert to the 5960p - very well balanced and many diverse complications. I'm not missing the Datograph much! Peter ...

Nuce wristshot!!

Between your 5070g and your 5170g which gets the most wrist time?

Thanks sam!!

Actually i have a habit (though i am not sure if its good or bad) of changing my watch every 3 days to make sure that i will be able to wear each of them once in a while. )

Awesome collection!!
