do you mean it is calf skin and croc embossed?

They have a bunch of different types- I find the actual croc straps to be a bit too formal. And frankly they are twice the cost. CF has a calf skin option that mimics croc but is slightly less glossy and a bit more to my liking. And it’s 1/2 the cost. On ... 

other than myself I don't think anyone can tell without a close examination. Gator is nice, but you're right, costly. My TAG came on an alligator strap, I love it but my opt for something different when replacement time comes. Ostrich is tempting.

I actually don’t like it. Too many knots in the strap. Straight calfskin is my favorite but also depends on the watch . And yes you are right- I guarantee no one will tell that this is not real croc. Being 1/2 the cost means I can buy twice the straps.

Nice strap and watch. I can't tell from photo that this strap is anything other than what its suppose to look like. On straps, I recently got a CF alligator black shiny for my 5035g. The strap is very stiff. I have bent if back and forth throughout the st... 

Couple days on the wrist with the oils and heat from the body will get it into shape. All my alligator straps were very stiff at first but a couple of days and they are fine.
